* The nighttime opening hours associated with our Culture Day can be found in the Notice.

* Last admission: 30 minutes before closing time.

Mondays, January 1st, Seollal (Korean New Year’s Day) and Chuseok (Korean Thanksgiving Day)
- However, if a public holiday falls on a Monday, the museum will be closed on the following working day according to Article 2 of the Rules on Holidays for Governments and Public Institutions.

Free Mobile App Service

The Buyeo National Museum offers a guide to the highlights of the permanent and special exhibitions.
To offer more engaging tours of the museum, the mobile experience incorporates into all its exhibitions IoT technology that can be accessed via smartphones or other Bluetooth-equipped beacon devices. The app includes such features as a location-aware interactive map of the collections, recommended routes, and a stamp service.
The app is available as a free download from both the Apple App store and Google Play store. (To fully benefit from the experience, please download all contents while connected to Wi-Fi after installing the app.)
However, please note that the location and Bluetooth services must be enabled and the mobile device must be running on Android OS 7.0, Apple iOS 11.0, and Bluetooth 2.0 or later versions.

Visitors’ Etiquette at Exhibition Halls

Please do not make excessive noise and make sure to turn off your mobile phone or switch it to silent mode while you are in the museum.
Tripods and flash photography are not permitted in the museum (except when permission has been acquired in advance).
Please do not touch or damage the artifacts on display.
It is strictly prohibited to smoke or consume beverages, foods and snacks in the museum.
